UET was formed in June 2024 around a simple idea: AI infrastructure needs to work wherever the mission takes it, not just inside a data center. Two years later, that idea has become VectorEdge, a family of liquid-cooled, ruggedized compute platforms now powering a production contract with U.S. Special Operations Command.
Early prototypes came together fast. By fall 2024, the team had working units in hand, and by November we were showing the technology to customers directly. A full-time engineering team joined that December, the same month UET joined the Intel Partner Program.
2025 was a year of validation. Reseller partner Bridge Defense secured a position on the Tradewinds marketplace to bring VectorEdge-powered systems to government customers, and by fall we’d completed a paid proof-of-value Generation 1 system delivered alongside Bridge Defense. That work led directly to the milestone announced in January 2026:
UET selected as the core technology behind Bridge Defense’s five-year, $99.7M USSOCOM production contract.
This year, we joined the NVIDIA Inception program, and our focus has shifted to production execution and supply chain scale-up as we bring VectorEdge to more customers across defense, government, and commercial markets.
